At Ambinicole, we operate on a limited preorder model. Each collection is produced intentionally in small quantities after orders are placed, allowing us to maintain quality, reduce overproduction, and create pieces with greater attention to detail.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit where applicable.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your item arrives with a confirmed defect or quality issue
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at @ambinicole.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Returned in original packaging with tags intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If your item does not fit as expected, exchanges may be requested for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, some sizes may sell out during preorder and exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. Where an exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
Store Credit
Approved store credit will be issued as a digital code valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-refundable and valid only on future Ambinicole purchases.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Shipping Policy
Preorder Production Timeline
Ambinicole currently operates on a preorder basis.
Please allow 10–14 business days for production before shipment. Production timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS.
Delivery Timeline
Within Nigeria
- Lagos: 2–5 working days
- Other states: 3–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during collection launches or high-volume preorder periods.
International Orders
We currently accept a limited number of international orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production allocation begins and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
Ambinicole is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information. Additional delivery attempts may attract a re-delivery fee.

Each Ambinicole piece is released in limited quantities and produced with intention.
Our preorder model allows us to reduce excess production, minimise waste, and maintain a more thoughtful approach to fashion.
